• Please ask the below questions to the candidate.
• Not AML/Fraud operations person as most of the profiles will be actually working on AML Investigations. It’s a good to have at start of career but not the required skillset
• Desirable candidate should have minimum 3-5 years experience in AML Compliance working directly with the Compliance Department of the entity and not with operations teams
• Support developing, implementing, and maintaining AML policies and procedures with exposure to EU regulations
• Supporting preparation of AML technology standard operating procedure
• Support writing end to end AML related Policy, procedures, regulatory research, analysis, presentations etc.
• Prepare AML related Management Information reporting
• Support performing AML regulation analysis
• Supporting performing and analyzing AML Risk assessments, perform gap analysis post risk assessment
• ACAMS or similar AML certification completed per industry standards.
