Job Description: Sales Executive At Couch & Decor

Introduction:

COUCH & DECOR - A first-in-class Customised furniture showroom, offering products with style and comfort for the modern lifestyle needs.

Education: Qualifications focused on Sales, Fashion & Design will be appreciated.

Experience: At least one years experience working in retail sales related to furniture, interiors, fashion or design.

Fixed Salary: 14000 Rs /Month starting for freshers

Incentive Component: 2% of individual Sales achieved.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Attendance compulsory on all weekends and all holidays and festivals at the store.

·        Maximising sales by engaging customers and providing great customer experience.

·        Passionate for helping customers find their furniture’s and furnishings style

·        Follow all operational policies and procedure as instructed by management.

·        Maintains strong knowledge regarding product, promotions and special events in order to communicate to customers for more effective selling.

·        Achieve Target KPIs such as Sales & Conversion percentage set by management.

·        Represent the Couch and Décor image through personal and professional appearance and effective communication skills.

·        Execute Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management to ensure store is always ready for business.

·        Ensure consistent and accurate replenishment of product onto the sales floor.
