Job Title: HR Compliance Executive – Home Textile

Overview: Cotton Concepts is looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR compliance and home textile manufacturing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social compliance, labor laws, and payroll management, with excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in the textile sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and industry standards.

Lead and manage social compliance audits and follow-up actions.

Maintain and monitor employee records, policies, and payroll systems.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, especially for textile-specific roles.

Conduct training, workshops, and performance appraisals to support employee development.

Serve as a liaison between management and employees to promote a positive work environment. Support strategic HR initiatives in line with business goals and company culture.

Requirements: 7–12 years of HR experience, preferably in home/textile manufacturing.

Strong understanding of HR compliance and social audit standards.

Proficient in payroll processing, statutory filings, and HR documentation.

Sound knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

Excellent communication skills in Tamil, English and Hindi.

Proven experience in recruitment and retention, particularly in the textile domain.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and departments.
