Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Facility Admin Manager specializing in network administration to join our team at Cotton Concepts. The role is based at our headquarters in Coimbatore and is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing IT infrastructure and administration, with a strong emphasis on network operations and IT asset management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in network infrastructure with a focus on providing sustainable solutions for seamless business operations (Mandatory skill).
• Proven experience in IT asset management to ensure optimal deployment and lifecycle management of technology assets (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in server maintenance, ensuring all hardware and software are running efficiently and securely.
• Strong skills in network and cloud computing, with a commitment to data security and integrity within IT administration.
• Hands-on experience in admin activities such as new joiner asset assignments and tracking, as well as managing maintenance schedules.
• Competence in maintaining accurate admin filing, documentation, and management of official ID and email creation processes.
• Ability to handle biometric systems and maintain IT systems within office premises.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex IT infrastructure challenges effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the network infrastructure to ensure smooth and efficient operations across all departments.
• Administer IT asset management processes, ensuring timely assignments, tracking, and maintenance of company assets.
• Conduct regular server maintenance and upgrades to keep the IT infrastructure robust and up to date.
• Ensure data security and integrity through proficient network and cloud computing strategies.
• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new joiners by handling asset assignments and managing documentation.
• Monitor and maintain office premises and handle all related infrastructure and biometric systems.
• Coordinate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation regarding IT administration activities and report to senior management as required.
