About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead and grow our home textile marketing operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B/B2C textile marketing, excellent client-handling skills, and proven expertise in developing strategies that drive sales, brand visibility, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote home textile products (bed linen, curtains, furnishings, etc.).

Manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and drive customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor activities.

Work closely with the design, production, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and digital marketing efforts.

Achieve sales and marketing targets as defined by management.

Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, customer insights, and growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in home textile marketing (domestic or international markets).

Strong network in textile/home furnishing industry is preferred.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive brand growth.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of export marketing will be an added advantage.
