About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Global Marketplace Specialist who can independently manage and scale our business across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms globally. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in international marketplace operations and strong analytical and strategic capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Strategy & Expansion

Develop and implement strategies to grow business across Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU, Japan, etc.)

Conduct competitive analysis and identify new growth opportunities.

Product Listing & Optimization

Create high-performing product listings for multiple marketplaces.

Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and backend keywords for better ranking and conversions.

Inventory & Fulfillment Management

Manage FBA & FBM operations and coordinate with supply chain teams.

Ensure optimal stock levels across marketplaces and avoid OOS situations.

Create shipping plans and schedule appointments with Amazon fulfillment centers.

Advertising & Promotions

Plan and execute Amazon PPC and DSP campaigns.

Optimize ACOS and ROAS to maximize ROI and product visibility.

Compliance & Localization

Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and country-specific regulations.

Localize pricing, content, and SEO for target regions.

Analytics & Reporting

Track key performance metrics (traffic, conversion, CTR, ACOS, reviews, etc.).

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and business insights.

Customer Service & Reputation Management

Manage reviews, feedback, returns, and customer escalations.

Implement strategies to maintain seller health and account performance.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience managing Amazon Seller and Vendor Central

Strong knowledge of international e-commerce and cross-border logistics

Expertise in Amazon SEO, PPC, and product ranking strategies

Proficient in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp, Keepa

Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Multilingual skills are an added advantage
