Who are we specifically looking for?
We are looking for young, dynamic and result oriented professional to join us in our growing
Liability insurance practice.
As part of this practice you will be a playing caption and demonstrate the capabilities to have independent charge of building and managing a winning team from scratch
· You are less than 30 yrs old
· Ambitious, hungry for business, challenges assumptions and impatient
· Entrepreneurial: You will be building a robust scalable business, so courage and bold creative thinking is rewarded.
· You are organised, extremely hand-on using technology, and navigate the internet and social platforms with ease to engage with prospective customers
· Loves problem solving and come up with solutions
Roles and Responsibilities
· You will be the liability insurance subject matter expert to our clients, internal team as well as our insurance partners.
· You will be responsible for offering consultative brokering services to our growing liability insurance customers
· You will be directly responsible for driving end-to-end sales for our B2B customers in this space.
· Completely manage business metrics - pipeline and sales funnel, conversion rate and revenue per customer.
· Research and present the risk mapping of individual client industry/sub-industry and present solutions that mitigate their key liability risk exposures.
· Gap analysis of the existing policies, suggesting better terms and negotiating the same with the insurers.
· Ensure creation and compliance of the internal sales process
· Be the voice of the customer to articulate feedback clearly to internal teams
Requirements
· You have an experience of 2-4 years of selling experience preferably in commercial insurance, b2b sales, technology or fintech selling
· Understanding of liability insurances and insurer partner relationships is a real welcome
· Familiarity with technology and high growth industry business is desirable
· Excellent Communication and presentation skills
