Skill competencies
- At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology/Management Consulting environment
- Experience of at least 4 full life cycle implementation of Supply Chain/Manufacturing modules in Oracle EBS
- Hands on experience implementing Oracle Cloud SCM and Procurement modules
- Strong business communication and customer management skills
- Ability to interact at all levels of clients’ organizations
- Ability to adjust work hours as per client’s time zones
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with Offshore team
- Strong Functional knowledge of Oracle SCM Modules/Areas covering:
- Order management and Shipping Execution
- Pricing
- Complex Intercompany scenarios
- Procurement
- Inventory
- Costing
- Planning
- Quality
- Any UG or PG in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs
- Determine requirements by interviewing client personnel, reviewing documentation, and facilitating working sessions
- Recommends develops and executes plans for solutions based on business requirements
- Prepare design documentation and work with application delivery resources as necessary to support business requirements
- Prepare and present project updates to PM/ Executive Management
- Create business process models based on the requirements
- Work with clients to develop testing scenarios and test scripts and work with various teams (in an offshore-onsite model) to handle the integration and acceptance testing
- Lead the Design workshop, CRP, SIT, UAT, Production cut over, Go-Live and Application Maintenance Support
- Design and lead developments in BI Publisher, OTBI, Oracle BPM, Data conversion and Interfaces
- Adept at mapping industry trends and best practices to the client’s unique requirements and processes to determine applicable fit
- Use Oracle applications functionality, tools, templates, and method and be able to set up the system to meet the desired business process and requirements
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand data improvement and focus areas of business for Information Management
- Collaborate well with project management, business analysts, business users and department management teams
