Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a mid-level, full-time hybrid position requiring a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing digital marketing strategies that enhance our online presence and drive business growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 4 to 6 years of work experience.
- Strong expertise in SEO techniques, tools, and best practices to improve website ranking and traffic.
- Proficient in Social Media Management, including strategy development and execution across various platforms.
- Experience in Content Creation, including writing, editing, and publishing engaging content.
- Ability to perform Data Analysis to track, measure, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
- Skilled in Email Marketing strategies and tools to develop and execute effective email campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of PPC Advertising, including Google AdWords and social media ad campaigns.
- Excellent command of Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance and user behavior.
- Must have skills: Digital Marketing (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to the company's website.
- Manage all aspects of SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and link-building tactics.
- Oversee social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance metrics.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality content that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and audience interests.
- Analyze digital marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking.
- Plan and manage PPC advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic to the company’s digital platforms.
- Utilize web analytics tools to generate insights on website performance and user behavior, and to inform future marketing strategies.
