  • Ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Handling any kind of Parent enquiry & Student enquiry or complaints
  • Proper communication & relationship with all the students and parents for entire course duration.
  • Should co-ordinate with all departments at branch/region/Corporate office.

Required candidate profile:- * Strong ability to plan and manage multiple projects.

  • Ability to effectively manage conflict and have decision making skills
  • Ability to work independently; problem-solve, analyze issues, proactive,flexible,constructive approach and create action plans.

Educational Qualification: Graduate & Above

Industry: Telecom/BFSI/Any

Previous Role: Operations Manager/Compliance Manger
