Responsibilities:

  • Work under the direct supervision of experienced mentors or journeymen to perform various tasks related to the trade or profession.
  • Practice and apply learned skills in real-world settings to gain practical experience.
  1. Skill Development:
  • Master the use of tools, equipment, and technologies relevant to the trade.
  • Develop technical proficiency and competence in executing tasks according to industry standards.
  1. Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Seek guidance from mentors on safety procedures and safe work practices.
  1. Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with other team members, journeymen, and mentors to support projects and achieve collective goals.
  • Learn to communicate effectively within the workplace.
  1. Progress Tracking:
  • Keep records of completed tasks, projects, and learning milestones.
  • Regularly meet with mentors or supervisors to assess progress and address any challenges.
  1. Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements through ongoing learning and development initiatives.
  • Attend workshops, seminars, or relevant training sessions as required.
