We are looking for FRESHERS for MANAGEMENT TRAINEE role . The first 6 month will be considered as a training period, where you will get a stipend of Rs 5000/- in the first 3 month and Rs 8000/- for the next 3 month. After the successful completion of training period, your performance will be assessed and your role will be elevated. English language is a prerequisite for this position.

Duties:

·        Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

·        Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

·        Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements as per the client requirement.

·        Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
