Designation & Role : Engineer in Projects & Manufacturing Engineering Dept. for new projects in the Automotive Motor Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Motor Assembly Line concept and line layout with manpower estimation.
• New models, process and equipment development and execution as per plan
• Calculation of manufacturing line cost and raising indent for initial budget approval.
• Preparation of machine specification sheets / Machine RFQ’s as per XX global standard.
• Explore new potential suppliers for machine development (Local & overseas).
• Close coordination with project development.
• Floating RFQ’s, Cost negotiation & Issuing PO’s / LOI to suppliers.
• Doing project kick off meeting (Internal & with suppliers).
• Performing machine design review (DAP).
• Development of Special Purpose Machines (SPM)(Local & overseas), line & quality facilities.
• Making of equipment evaluation plan for each supplier along with parts arrangement.
