Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and revenue growth for Convergent Platforms Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling application development services, AI/ML solutions, or travel technology products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients across industries.
• Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in enterprise accounts.
• Present and pitch Convergent Platforms’ offerings effectively to prospects.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead qualification to closure.
• Work closely with internal teams (product, tech, and marketing) to align sales efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve revenue goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and business development KPIs.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales in IT services, AI/ML, or travel technology.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Strong network and experience in B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience using CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
