• Adaptable to Agile development ( 2 weeks cycle) 
• Good development skill in Java, Spring boot , Spring framework and REST framework. 
• Need to develop applications based on the requirement using choice of framework within given time. 
• Need to understand the existing web services by looking at the code. 
• Should have basic knowledge on Docker. 
• Able to estimate the timeline based on the requirement. 
• Need to be independent and self-initiative. 
• Should have good knowledge of version control and maintenance of the code. 
• Need to support the delivery team during deployments. 
• Need to attend Agile and scrum meetings and update status periodically. 
• Coordination of different stockholders to understand the requirement. Also explain and demonstrate the solution to Business teams.
