What will you do?-

• Close monthly hiring vacancies and maintain the Database in ATS
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Innovative hiring techniques to be brought in to meet the numbers.
• Set up ATS automation and dashboards for various metrics and KPI’s on ZOHO
• Design job descriptions, assessments and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates to effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
• Conduct & manage internal communication projects (for instance- job satisfaction surveys)
• Ensure effective utilization of resources (materials, budgets, vendors, and people).
• Organise campus placement drives
• Ensure compliance with organization policies by all team members Indicative KRA’s Strategy
• Employer brand-building initiatives at E School Campus through Summer Internship Programmes & Campus Connect Programmes

What we expect from you?

• Work Experience: Minimum of 1+ years experience in Talent Acquisition
• Prior experience in a start-up environment is a definite plus.
• Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial mind-set, ability to deliver in a high pace environment
