Job Location - 

In Office: No. 20, 91springboard Lotus, Plot No. D-5 Road, 400069, Marol MIDC Industry Estate, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400069

Job Function - 

Marketing Department 

What will you do?- 

● Creating written pieces that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action. 

● Implement organic & paid social media campaigns 

● Create content planners with the social team 

● Effective coordination and understanding creative requirements 

● Using appropriate research tools to support planning 

● Using analysis tools to measure performance and interpret findings into action plan ● Compiling weekly and monthly reports on social growth and performance 

● Identify and work with appropriate content creators to build a pipeline of content 

● Manage channel growth in line with targets 

● Work closely with copywriters & designers to ensure right products are pushed at the correct time 

● Working with the digital team on paid social to optimise campaigns and spend 

● Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications. 

● Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire. 

What we expect from you?- 

● Experience of at least a year in the field 

● Ability to work in fast paced environment 

● Familiar with using scheduling and analysis tools 

● Knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms. ● Strong communicator & command over both written and spoken English

● Experience managing paid social (preferred but not essential) 

● Appreciation for novel insights and ideas 

● Willingness to work occasional overtime to accommodate various time zones
