We are looking for a Sales Team leader to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients, and driving revenue growth for our SAAS products.
As a Sales Team Leader , you will have the following qualifications and responsibilities:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in SAAS sales, preferably in the B2B sector. Experience in Team handling
- Proven track record of Handling Team and to achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis and prospecting activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office and other relevant software.
- Proven record of Team Handling will be Preferred.
