Position: Sales Trainee 

Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout,Sector-3

CTC Offered: 2.8  to 4 Lakhs Per Annum + Incentive

Experience: 0-3 Years experience in Sales Training  Candidate with ERP & CRM Software Sales are Preferred ( Any Inside Sales Exp can be considered).

Education: Any Graduation 

We are looking for a CRM/ERP Software Sales Trainer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality training programs to our sales staff. 

As a CRM/ERP Software Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering training courses on our CRM and ERP software products and solutions. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of the training and provide feedback and coaching to the sales staff.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a CRM/ERP software sales trainer or a manager or in a similar position. You should also have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong knowledge of CRM and ERP software features and benefits. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively with other trainers and sales managers.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze the training needs of the sales staff and develop customized training plans and materials

- Conduct classroom, online and on-the-job training sessions on CRM and ERP software products and solutions

- Monitor and evaluate the performance and progress of the sales staff and provide feedback and coaching

- Update and maintain the training curriculum and materials according to the latest product updates and market trends

- Collaborate with other trainers and sales managers to ensure alignment and consistency of the training programs

- Research and implement new and innovative training methods and tools

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field

- At least 2 years of experience as a CRM/ERP software sales trainer or a similar position

- Proven track record of delivering effective and engaging training programs

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP software features and benefits

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other trainers and sales managers

- Proficient in MS Office, e-learning platforms and other training tools
