Team Conserve, is looking for an intermediate level Sustainability Professional to join our expanding Sustainability team with the focus on leading project executions in the India, Middle East and Asia-Pacific region. You will be working with a team of 15-20 Sustainability Engineers executing Green Building projects across the globe.

Key responsibilities

• Execution of ongoing and future projects (LEED, WELL, IGBC, GRIHA, GSAS, ENVISION, etc.) within the Sustainability division.
• Performing Energy Modelling, Daylight Analysis, Life Cycle Assessment associated with Green Building documentations.
• Client retention is one of the key responsibilities for this position through quality deliveries and engagement.
• Training and mentoring recruited resources as per the project demands and market trends.
• Ensuring an open, proactive and inclusive work culture within the team.
• Your fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is desirable.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential:

• Masters/Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental/Electrical/Energy Engineering/Architecture.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sustainability project execution & management.
• Proficient in LEED, WELL, IGBC and GRIHA rating systems.
• Proficient in Energy modeling/simulation tools (eQuest, IES or equivalent), Daylight Analysis and Life Cycle Assessment.
• Strong technical knowledge in the Sustainability & Climate Change domain.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure.
• Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Sustainability reporting and Greenhouse Gas Accounting (GHG).
• Experience in other green building rating systems (BREEAM, CEEQUAL, GSAS, Green Star, etc.)
