You will be working with a team of 15-20 Sustainability Engineers executing Green Building projects across the globe. Key responsibilities  Execution of ongoing and future projects (LEED, WELL, IGBC, GRIHA, GSAS, ENVISION, etc.) within the Sustainability division  Performing Energy Modelling, Daylight Analysis, Life Cycle Assessment associated with Green Building documentations  Client retention is one of the key responsibilities for this position through quality  Training and mentoring recruited resources as per the project demands and market  Ensuring an open, proactive and inclusive work culture within the team deliveries and engagement trends Qualifications and Experience Essential: Engineering/Architecture  Masters/Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronics  2-5 years of experience in Sustainability project execution & management  Proficient in LEED, WELL, IGBC and GRIHA rating systems  Proficient in Energy modeling/simulation tools (eQuest, IES or equivalent), Daylight Analysis and Life Cycle Assessment  Strong technical knowledge in the Sustainability & Climate Change domain  Strong communication & interpersonal skills.  Proactive, dedicated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under  Good analytical, report-writing and presentation skills.  Experience in Sustainability reporting and Greenhouse Gas Accounting (GHG)  Experience in other green building rating systems (BREEAM, CEEQUAL, GSAS, Green pressure.
