Event Production • The research, development, design, production and delivery of allocated events • Working with the Senior Events Production Manager to deliver Fireworks and any other events delivered by the Events Team • Budget planning, new supplier sourcing, contract negotiations and identifying new revenue / sponsorship opportunities • Producing all relevant production paperwork including but not limited to site plans, event management plans, safety and emergency plans • Booking and managing casual staff assisting with events and ensures that they are fully briefed • Liaising with statutory / Council services and contractors for the delivery of event productions, including but not limited to the following: Environmental Services, Building Control, Highways & Parking, Waste Management, Emergency Services, Public transport operators, Security & First Aid contractors, Grounds Maintenance contractors, and Service and equipment suppliers
