Job Overview
We are seeking a Recruiter specializing in DRA HIRING at our Bangalore Urban location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates. This role requires expertise in Boolean Search Techniques, DRA Hiring, and Collection Hiring.
Qualifications and Skills
- Boolean Search Techniques (Mandatory skill) with the ability to effectively source candidates using advanced search strategies and keywords.
- DRA HIRING (Mandatory skill) to identify and recruit suitable candidates within the framework of debt recovery agents.
- COLLECTION HIRING (Mandatory skill) to manage and execute hiring processes for roles specialized in collections.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline recruitment processes and maintain organized candidate pipelines.
- Expertise in Diversity and Inclusion Recruitment Strategies to ensure a diverse pool of candidates and promote an inclusive workplace.
- Strong Candidate Relationship Management skills to maintain positive relationships and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
- Experience in Employer Branding to attract top talent by effectively communicating the company culture and values.
- Familiarity with Interview Scheduling Software to efficiently coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates for various positions within the company.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques to identify potential candidates and optimize sourcing efforts.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Assist in the negotiation of offers with selected candidates and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhance employer branding initiatives and promote the diverse culture of the company.
- Monitor and optimize recruitment strategies to improve effectiveness and efficiency in hiring processes.
