Job Overview

Conneqt Business Solutions is seeking a senior-level Medical Director for our Palliative Care Centre in Tumakuru. This full-time position is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing the medical operational aspects of palliative care services. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background and be able to lead initiatives to improve patient care quality while managing a high-performance team.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must hold an MD or MBBS in Medicine (Mandatory skill).
• Experienced in leading as a DIRECTOR within a healthcare setting, showcasing outstanding leadership skills.
• Possesses strong leadership abilities to influence and inspire a team towards achieving a common goal.
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a palliative care environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills to effectively address complex issues impacting patient care.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement novel strategies in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills to manage and coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
