Job Overview

We are looking for a Collection Executive with 1-3 years of experience for our Thrissur location. This is an entry-level, full-time position for freshers. The ideal candidate should possess key skills in collections and field work, delivering superior service to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working in a collections role for at least 0- 1 year, with a focus on efficiency and results.
• Must have strong skills in collection processes with experience in field work (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to effectively manage customer relationships, ensuring positive outcomes and resolution of payment issues.
• Proficiency with payment collection software, enhancing process efficiency and accuracy in transactions.
• Excellent negotiation skills to reach optimal payment agreements with clients and debtors.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry, ensuring accurate record-keeping for all transactions.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively and professionally.
• Capable of working independently while also contributing positively to a team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to collect payment and resolve outstanding balances with clients in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities, payments received, and communication with clients.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to address any discrepancies in payments or billing issues.
• Implement effective strategies and techniques to maximize collection efficiency and reduce overdue balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial solutions and maintaining positive relationships.
• Provide regular reports to management on collection activities and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing and executing new strategies for improved collection performance based on industry best practices.
