Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Visits for Outstanding Amount Collection: Visit customers to collect outstanding amounts in person.
• Appointment Scheduling: Fix appointments with customers for collections based on their availability.
• Reminder and Follow-Up Calls: Make reminder and follow-up calls for payment collection via P2P (Peer-to-Peer) interactions.
• System Updates: Log all customer interactions and updates into the system accurately for record-keeping and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Undergraduates / Minimum HSC passed.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience in collections (100% experience required).
• DRA (Debt Recovery Agent)-certified resources preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and payments professionally.

Key Competencies:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• Good time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple appointments and customers.

Experience Required:

• Minimum: 3-6 months experience in collections or similar roles.
