Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Manage and maintain Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, and Google Calendar.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Implement and manage security policies and compliance for both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Perform regular system audits and generate reports on system usage and performance for both platforms.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace with other systems and applications.
- Utilize PowerShell scripting and other automation tools for management tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in managing both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace services and administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
