Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls).

Diagnose and resolve LAN/WAN connectivity issues.

Perform regular analysis and optimization of network performance.

Configure and maintain SD-WAN solutions, VPNs, and cloud network integrations.

Ensure network security and compliance with company policies.

ISP Support & Coordination:

Primary contact for ISP-related issues and escalations.

Track and follow up on ISP service disruptions and outages.

Troubleshoot last-mile connectivity problems with ISPs.

Validate ISP invoices, contracts, and SLAs.

Maintain an updated ISP support contact matrix and escalation points.

Incident Management & Escalation:

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for network and ISP-related incidents.

Escalate critical issues to ISPs, internal teams, or higher-tier support.

Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for future reference.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain logs of all network-related incidents and resolutions.

Generate periodic reports on network uptime, latency, and performance.

Keep an updated inventory of networking equipment and ISP connections.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent networking credentials.

Experience with SD-WAN, MPLS, VPNs, and firewall configurations.

Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF).

Hands-on experience with ISPs and managing connectivity issues.

Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time support environment.

Excellent communication and coordination skills for ISP escalations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios.

Prior experience in IT infrastructure support and vendor management.

Experience: 6 months to 1 year.
