Job Overview

We are hiring an Accounts Executive to join our team at Connect4sure Technologies Pvt Ltd. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Junior: 6 months to 1 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally and other financial management tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Monitor and analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial queries.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay up to date with accounting regulations and best practices.
