Pre Sales/Tele sales / Tele calling / Telemarketing /Tele caller /Outbound calling / Outbound sales / Inbound calls / Inbound sales experience is must. As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator, cold caller with a Good crisp and confident voice and have exceptional telephone etiquette. Responsibilities <ul><li>Updating the existing database and creating new database for the sales team.</li><li>Make daily outbound calls to the potential clients and pass on potential leads to the sales team.</li><li>To achieve the call target on daily/weekly basis.</li><li>Convert leads to Customer meetings.</li><li>To understand clients business and advise our products in order to help support their marketing and content requirements.</li><li>To answer customer queries promptly.</li></ul> Requirements <ul><li>High school diploma / under Graduate.</li><li>0~1 year of work experience in hard core Tele-sales through Outbound calls.</li><li>Should have worked under target/result oriented environment.</li><li>Should be aggressive and have good telephone etiquettes.</li><li>Should have good convincing skills over telephone.</li><li>Must possess excellent communication skills and fluent in English &amp; Hindi.</li><li>Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.</li><li>Hard-working individual.</li><li>Good time management abilities.</li></ul>
