JD:
· More than 3 years Account Management or sales experience in the IT industry (service based) with a track record of successful performance.
· Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
· Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment.
· Lead point of contact for all customer account management.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
· Relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
· Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects.
· Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
· Develop new business with existing clients.
· Identify areas of improvement to meet upselling objectives.
· Prepare reports on account status.
· Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
· Ready to travel for business requirement in Mumbai and outside Mumbai as well.
· Fluency in english, ability and willingness to deliver in a high-pressure environment.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
· Respond to all client-related matters, from contractual agreements, solution implementation and service performance, to service enhancements and new business opportunities, to get the most out of each customer account.
