8. Explain the various policies, strategies and benefits to employees.
9. Should motivate the employees on day-to-day basis.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Excellent English communication skills & Mailing etiquettes & Strong in documentation.
Should be passionate towards HR, self-driven & Pro-active to handle various situations.
Well versed with MS-Excel / MS Outlook.
Must be a good team player with people management skills.
