Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the modular kitchens and wardrobes industry, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing client expectations, coordinating with architects, vendors, and internal teams, as well as preparing technical documents and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for architects and clients to discuss project drawings, requirements, and technical specifications
• Prepare accurate quotations, client-facing presentations, and other project-related documents
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement, delivery, and installation
• Conduct site visits and attend meetings when required to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Give guided walkthroughs of the showroom to clients, explaining features, finishes, mechanisms, and technical aspects of products
• Explain the technicalities of modular kitchen and wardrobe systems with clarity and confidence
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure project accuracy and feasibility
• Prepare or modify 2D layouts/drawings using AutoCAD (preferred skill)
• Maintain clear records of communications, client feedback, and approvals
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently met

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the modular kitchens & wardrobes industry is mandatory
• Strong understanding of kitchen and wardrobe systems, fittings, materials, and finishes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in preparing client presentations and quotations
• Experience coordinating with architects, vendors, and clients
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
• AutoCAD skills for 2D drawing and layout preparation (preferred)
• Energetic, client-facing personality with problem-solving attitude
