We are in need of SQL Developer with following Job Description. Interested candidates apply for this job post.
Job Description: -
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL databases for high availability and performance.
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and functions to support application development.
- Optimize database performance by analysing query execution plans and indexing strategies.
- Perform data analysis and extraction to support business requirements.
- Collaborate with application developers to create database schemas, tables, and indexes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues, including long-running queries and deadlocks.
- Implement data security and backup/recovery strategies to protect critical information.
- Perform database migration, replication, and data synchronization between different environments.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Relevant experience as an SQL Developer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in T-SQL, PL/SQL, and writing complex SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience with RDBMS like SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Strong understanding of database design principles and normalization.
- Knowledge of SSIS, SSRS, Azure Synapse or Power BI for data reporting and visualization (optional but preferred).
- Ability to optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex database issues.
- Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git, TFS).
