About the Role:

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong Banking domain expertise. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of total IT experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in Banking (Payments, KYC/AML, Lending).

You will be responsible for designing and developing scalable microservices-based applications in distributed cloud environments while ensuring security, performance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Develop scalable applications using React.js & Redux

• Build backend services using Node.js (Express / NestJS)

• Design and manage APIs using Kong API Gateway

• Implement event-driven systems using Apache Kafka

• Develop workflow automation solutions using Camunda BPM

• Implement IAM solutions (SSO, MFA, KYC)

• Design and optimize databases using PostgreSQL & MongoDB

• Deploy containerized applications using Docker & Kubernetes

• Work on cloud platforms such as AWS / Azure / GCP

• Build and maintain scalable microservices architecture

• Work within distributed and cloud-native environments

Required Skills & Experience

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have 8+ years of total IT experience

• Have 3+ Years of hands-on experience working on banking applications

• Possess strong expertise in microservices architecture

• Have hands-on experience in distributed and cloud environments

• Have worked on banking solutions involving Payments, KYC/AML, or Lending

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
