Job Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of project management experience in software development.

• Strong experience delivering projects using Agile methodology.

• Excellent resource planning and team management skills.

• Proven track record managing end-to-end ERP or large SaaS products.

• Good understanding of ERP modules (CRM, HR, Finance, Inventory).

• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Monitor project progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

• Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.

• Hands on attitude when mentoring/helping other team members

• Exposure to software development especially Web and Mobile

• Design software high level as well as detailed design

• Interact with customers, gather requirements and take over as a project manager

• Take on all challenges of productization and project management; lead the dev team with example

• Responsible for delivery deadlines and Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Responsible for estimating new proposals

• Suggests smart technical solutions to meet client requirements efficiently

• Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients

• Champion a responsive and stack-agnostic approach to modern software development.

• Should be proficient in Agile methodologies.

• Should be comfortable with multiple technology stacks on both front-end and back-end.

• Very strong analytical skills and problem solving ability

3+ years managing ERP or large IT projects (preferably in manufacturing or project-driven industries).

Strong in leading teams and managing stakeholders.

Hands-on with ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, or custom solutions) is a plus.
