Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a Product Owner for assigned modules—defining features, prioritising the backlog, and ensuring clarity for developers.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Design module-level workflows, wireframes, and screen behaviour using tools like Figma, Miro, Napkin, and Eraser.
- Work with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Dev, QA) to align on scope, edge cases, and acceptance standards.
- Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement clarifications.
- Review completed features, validate functionality, and support UAT.
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to speed up documentation, drafts, diagrams, and design flows.
- Communicate regularly with clients, present deliverables, and gather feedback.
Skills & Experience
- Experience as a BA or Product Owner in ERP or SaaS projects.
- Strong understanding of business workflows and multi-module ERP structures.
- Ability to articulate a product vision and break it into clear user stories and tasks.
- Proficiency with documentation, diagramming, and prototyping tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with REST API workflows, integrations, and role-based access systems is an advantage
