Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst with ERP Domain.
- Strong background in Requirements Analysis and Requirement Gathering.
- Excellent understanding of payer processes, claims management, member enrollment, benefits administration, and related domains.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex engagements with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong experience in creating User Stories,BRD and FRD documents
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
