Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive with a passion for customer engagement and proven experience in US voice-based calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with C-level and VP-level executives across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound US calls professionally and efficiently.
• Fix appointments and meetings with C-level and VP-level executives.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and meetings fixed.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth handover of leads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a US BPO voice process or international calling.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Passionate about engaging with clients and building long-term relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in B2B calling or scheduling meetings with high-level executives.
