Required Skills
- 5+ years experience in managing and strategizing high growth Facebook and LinkedIn ad campaigns for E-commerce and B2B companies
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to write flawless ad copy and text for ad creatives
- Experienced in strategizing and conducting meaningful A/B tests for ads and landing pages
- Experienced in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Experienced in Google analytics, Google Tag Manager and accurate tracking and recording of all leads and orders
- Excellent data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized and process oriented with meticulous attention to detail
- Graphic design or landing page design skills a huge plus
