Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified individuals.


- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the organization, job opportunities, and the hiring process. Maintain regular communication to build relationships with potential candidates.
