Roles and Responsibilities:This job is target based and candidates should achieve their Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly &amp; Yearly targets.Sourcing of New business of Retail Liability products Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Insurance &amp; managing the Business portfolio assigned.Provide and develop solutions and suggest schemes to clients basis their requirements and goalCross sell of Liability based products liked Fixed Deposit, Mutual Funds, Insurance (Life, General &amp; Health) to the portfolio clients.Conducting sales calling &amp; timely and regular follow ups with the own leads and tag them on broadcasts and new articlesIncrease client database for Mutual Funds, Insurance, PMS, AIF, Bonds &amp; Fixed Deposits by meeting new clients and taking references from the existing ones and hence build Assets Under Management (AUM) and Assets Under Advisement (AUA) for the branchReview and diversify existing client portfolio on a regular basis and provide guidance accordingly.Achieve financial goals of the clients through various product lineUpdate and cross sell products to existing clients and update them about the primary and secondary market trendsUpdate self-regarding all schemes, products and solutions by regularly attending trainingsShare regular communications with client regarding information, research and material of the organizationConduct regular marketing activities with the regional marketing and product team by showcasing our products and features and generate leadsKnowledge:Product Knowledge have a detailed knowledge of all products related to Life Insurance, general insurance, fixed income, mutual funds, etc.Wealth/ Portfolio Management understand client portfolio in terms of their risk and reward appetite and assist them to achieve their financial goalsFinancial planning/ Investment Advisory have thorough financial and sector knowledge as well knowledge of competitors, must provide sound and reliable advice to clientsKnowledge of Banking and financial products such MF, Insurance, Fixed Deposits.
