Talend Developer 7-12 years of overall industry experience in designing, developing, and deploying ETL solutions using

industry standard ETL tools.

 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and productionizing solutions with Talend Data

Integration.

 Extensive experience in designing end-to-end transformations and workflows using Talend Data

Integration, as per requirement specifications.

 Experience with Talend Data Mapper OR working with XML data structures is mandatory.

 Deep SQL knowledge and experience with scripting a MUST.

 Good understanding of Java, and hands-on experience with using Java functions in Talend.

 Experience in leading small teams of 2-3 developers, conducting code quality reviews and

recommending best practices.

 Ability to understand customer's requirements and to translate them into functional, data

mapping/transformation requirement and mapping specifications.

 Good knowledge of MS-Office tools.

 Excellent communications skills in spoken and written English.

 Personal skills: Independent worker with outside the box thinking and a can-do attitude.

 Excellent analytical skills.
