 How to use Git

 Architecture

 How to build one Service Portal that dynamically presents content based on the customer /

business organization.

Must have:

 Development experience in configuring ServiceNow ITOM or ITSM modules.

 Ensure adherence to all ITIL processes

 Experience in Service Portal, develop apps for ServiceNow store.

 Experience in integrating any external products like Salesforce, Ticketing tools, Monitoring tools

like AppDynamics with ServiceNow.

 Experience in developing ServiceNow scoped applications.

 Experience in developing Service catalogs, workflows, Catalog scripts, macros etc.

 Experience in ServiceNow Scripting like Scripted Rest APIs, Business rules, client scripts etc.

 Experience in using ServiceNow REST API, ACLs, data policy, notifications, email scripts etc.

 Experience in Data load, transform creation and reporting capabilities.

 Strong analytical, problem solving skills

 Clear written and verbal communication skills

 Keen to learn new technology and tool sets

 Comfortable with ServiceNow CMDB.

Good to have:

 Experience in Application Portfolio Management/Discovery/Service Mapping/Asset

Management

 Experience in ServiceNow automated testing

 Experience in SQL

 ServiceNow system admin certification
