Position Name : SAP HCM

Experience Required : 6 - 9 years

Location : Mumbai

Notice period : Immediate - 15 days

JD's :

Strong experience in SAP S/4 HCM

• Master of PA (Personal Administration) module, HR tables

• Master of PT (Time Management) module, both customization and personal calculation rules & schemas

• Good knowledge of ABAP/ABAP-object

• Good knowledge of SAP Business Workflow for HCM

• A SAP certification in HCM is a plus

• A FIORI experience / Odata is a plus

• General understanding of how HR functions work in a company and its processes

• Results and quality oriented and have excellent communication skills both internally and with customers

Soft Skills

• Strong client handling exp and able to communicate with the customers and stake holders

• Should be able to work independently 

• Strong analytics skills required to find root cause of incidents

• Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly

• Ability to do proposal to improve the individual way of working and the team’s processes

• Will to discover new business processes
