Hiring for CRM Developer.

Experience: 6 to 9 yrs

Location: chennai/mumbai/pune

Notice period: immediate to 15 days

Job Profile:

Responsibilities:

1. Customization and Configuration:

Lead teams in configuring and customizing the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.

Implement templates and best practices specific to various domains (financial, healthcare, and other industry domains)

2. Solution Development:

Develop and maintain D365 enterprise resource planning systems.

Create and customize forms, views, and dashboards.

Implement business processes using Power Automate Flows.

Design and develop custom pages using PCF controls.

Establish Test Drives for the solution

3. Technical Expertise:

Proficiency in PCF controls (PowerApps Component Framework).

Experience with C#.NET-based plugins for extending D365 functionality.

Knowledge of ADX Portals/D365 Portals for building public-facing portals.

Familiarity with JavaScript, ReactJS, LINQ, and MS SQL Server for data manipulation.

Need experience with Sales Module

4. Collaboration and Communication:

Effectively present technical information to staff and senior leadership.

Coordinate with stakeholders for UAT testing and signoff.

Advocate process and portfolio improvements.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

Certifications: Microsoft certification on one or more Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer.

Skills:

Strong project management proficiency.

Exceptional communication skills.

Familiarity with software development methodologies.

Ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.

Self-starter, Passion to build great managed package applications in MS Dynamics CRM
