Years of Experience: 10-15 Years’ experience
Primary Skills:
● PMP Certification or equivalent project management experience.
● Bachelor’s or Master ‘s degree in relevant subject or equivalent work experience
● Experience with the execution of the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a multifaceted environment using waterfall and agile methodologies.
● Experience with professional services administration and project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Smartsheet)
● Strong skills on core office efficiency tools (e.g. GSuite, MS Office, Sharepoint, Atlassian Confluence.
● Conga CPQ and Salesforce implementation. Prior experience as a Business Analyst
● PMP/ Prince/ Scrum certified - Experience in delivering projects in agile & waterfall
● Exceptional Team Management - Conflict Management
● Moderate calls with key stakeholders - Understands business process and able to communicate the business language.
● Process knowledge in Lead - Revenue management –
● Exceptional communication skills - Program reporting and risk mitigation
● Collaborate with Solutions, Business Analysts, DevOps and effectively distribute work
● Deliverables tracking - SFDC & Conga Certifications
● Professional presentation skills with experience of regularly presenting a variety of different audiences including those at a C-suite level.
Secondary Skills:
● Proven business and financial savvy
● Demonstrated ability to identify expansion opportunities.
● Proven time management and prioritization skills
Roles and Responsibilities / Job Description
● Engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Chief Executive-level executives) as a peer, providing subject matter expertise
● Managing projects and delivery performance, focusing on customer satisfaction, tangible outcomes and high quality.
● Managing multiple programs and projects end-to-end using the appropriate project management framework and methodology
● Applying project management standards, compliance and best practices to ensure successful delivery of projects on scope, on schedule and on budget.
● Plan and manage project task executions; communicate status to all stakeholders (customers, team members, and business sponsors); track, report, and lead all aspects of projects, including driving issues and risks to resolution
