Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and prospect potential customers in the solar energy sector, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
  2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends in the solar industry.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  4. Present and demonstrate our range of solar products and solutions to clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
  5. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales deals.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, installation, and customer support, to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  7. Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing feedback and insights to management.
  8. Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the company, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of solar energy products, systems, and technologies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  5. Goal-oriented mindset, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  6. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
