Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementation professional to join our team at CN Solutions. As an ERP Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of ERP systems for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in ERP implementation
• Proficiency in at least one major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand their ERP requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring timely and successful delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for system configuration
• Coordinate with technical teams to develop and customize ERP modules as per client needs
• Ensure effective training and support to end users for smooth adoption of ERP systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs in the ERP system
• Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies
