Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., computer science, engineering) or equivalent practical experience. 

● Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in the Fintech industry, preferably in a startup environment. 

● Strong understanding of project management methodologies and Agile/Scrum frameworks. 

● Familiarity with Fintech concepts, such as payments, blockchain, data analytics, or compliance is plus. 

● Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with changing priorities. 

• PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
